Activity #9a: Communities Long Ago

We have been looking at communities long ago. First, we examined how urban communities and transportation have changed from 100 years ago. Next, we looked at how schools have changed.

Changes in Technology

Activity #9c: Goods & Grocery Stores Long Ago

Buildings, roads, transportation, the population, schools, and technology are just some of the parts of communities that have changed dramatically in the past 100 years. Goods, which are the things we buy, have also changed.

The places where we buy these goods have changed as well. Stores are not the same as they were 100 years ago.
